Whether it’s a workshop, flea market, reading, exhibition, or concert: The Stadtwirtschaft is set to become a vibrant hub of the neighborhood. To that end, extensive preparations were made during the renovation period, and a great deal of space was upgraded.

Areas

The Stadtwirtschaft currently has the following spaces available for internal and external event organizers

• event space for up to 199 people
• lobby
• city workshop
• showroom
• outdoor areas (event yard and production yard)

​In addition, rental spaces that are currently available can be used on a temporary basis. These include vacant office spaces and a large coworking space. Each room is equipped differently for events.

Terms of Use

Depending on the event type (commercial or public-interest-oriented), the duration of the event, and the size of the venue, different usage fees are charged for the use of the space.
