The club develops its own race cars and competes in the international Formula Student competition
As part of the Formula Student program, T.U.C. Racing e.V.—an association of students at Chemnitz University of Technology—develops and builds a fully electric race car every year. The project combines sustainable innovation, interdisciplinary teamwork, and international competition—and offers club members valuable hands-on experience in design, manufacturing, and technical implementation, as well as in team organization and sponsorship.
The club is a student-led initiative at Chemnitz University of Technology with about 50 active members from a wide variety of degree programs.
