Big Buddha is a young hip-hop and rap artist from Chemnitz.
Big Buddha, whose real name is Theodor, has been honing his rapping skills since early childhood. He was so good at it that he made it to the semifinals of the TV show "The Voice Kids" in 2019.
Today, his music addresses personal topics such as mental health and socially significant issues such as climate change. He performs regularly in the Chemnitz area.
Since early 2026, Big Buddha has been sharing a rehearsal space at the Stadtwirtschaft's Bandcamp with the band Vetternwirtschaft.
